How do I return my order? If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, we're happy to help! Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will process the request for you. You can return your product for another item or a refund of the item to the original payment method. Please contact us to process your request before shipping your return back to us.

Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of the order date.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund of the item to the original payment method or process your exchange as requested.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to Brand Junkie, unless the item was shipped incorrectly by Brand Junkie.

If you are requesting an exchange, return your item(s) to the address below and place a new order on your store for the replacement.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Personalized items are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty item or are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us and Brand Junkie will cover the cost to replace the item or offer a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

How do I place my order? Please select the Shop button to view products. Please then choose size and quantity then select Add to Cart. Please follow Check Out, Shipping, and Payment instructions to complete your order. 

When will I receive my order? To ensure delivery by February 1st, please place your order by January 12th. Orders submitted after January 12th will receive their orders after February 1st.

What are the shipping costs? For orders shipping within the continental U.S., the following flat-rate shipping will apply. All other addresses outside the continental U.S. will be able to select UPS Economy and Ground rates. 

1-2 shirts: $10 for shipping

3-5 shirts: $12 for shipping

6-10 shirts: $15 for shipping

11-24 shirts: $20 for shipping

25-50 shirts: $25 for shipping

What taxes will be applied to each order? State tax will be applied to each order. Duties and taxes for international orders are 30% - 33%. This will be included to the freight cost at checkout.
